The lockdown and virus have certainly affected us all, it’s horrible to see that may have lost loved ones and our thoughts go out to them. For my family and I we have seen change but we’ve done our best to make that change a positive thing. Our day to day lives now revolve around the garden, we are fortunate to have space to play and explore. 5x more vegetables and flowers have been grown, the grass is manicured and paddling pool never gets emptied.

With two young girls under three and my wife and I both very busy with work, family time has been given priority over work. The work still has to be done but it fits in around the girls. My work is now almost all online and business is thriving. Social media clients are seeing their highest ever engagement levels, no doubt due to many of us being glued to our computers and phones without distraction. Fishing and shooting tackle are all now immaculate with guns, boots and flies tied for the start of a new season. It is clear life will return to eventually but as a family and business we will be sticking with some of the positives from lockdown.
