This week had the 1st bring the start of the Pheasant season, and with many of us finally getting out in the field in the coming weeks we start to think about our kit. It’s time to brush off your tweeds, re-stock your cartridge bag, polish your boots and prepare your dogs for action.
As the weather takes a turn and the conditions we find ourselves in greatly change, the demands of our footwear choice change to. During the warmer months when we are all out with the dogs or setting off up the moors in the later months for the start of the Grouse season, a shorter boot like the Cervo Rosso or Fagiano may be your choice. Yet with the night’s drawing in and as the temperatures plummet, we are often looking towards something easier wearing and has that added bit of warmth for those cold winter mornings.
Here at Brandecosse, we have just the boot for you. In both our Womens and Mens Tall Boot ranges we have an array of tall pull on boots available with British Shearling Wool linings for added comfort and warmth. In the Men’s Country Boot range, we have the full length Rubicon Wool offering a traditional leather boot style while The Arno may take your fancy if a shorter boot is for you. For the Women’s Country Boots, we have the Reno featuring the choice to fold down upper to expose the Shearling wool to really stand out and The Reno which oozes elegance with its contrasting leather finish. There’s nothing worse than eagerly awaiting the first drive to take flight while your feet are cold, so be sure not to be caught out this season and keep those feet cosy.
All of us here at Brandecosse wish you best for the rest of the season and hope you all have some great days in our countryside.
