About the Reno – Ladies Country Boot
The Reno women’s boot is a stunning waterproof country boot – being incredibly stylish while still offering amazing performance and great comfort that you expect from our designs.
A beautiful addition to the Diemme women’s country boot collection, the boots curved top gives the Reno an elegant feel that also allows you to turn the top down and expose the shearling lining to completely change their look.
This hard-wearing ladies’ country boot is fitted with a Vibram sole that can be replaced, prolonging the life of your new favourite boots. The Diemme country boot range is built to last, and with a bit of aftercare they could last a lifetime.
The Reno women’s country boot is about to become your trusty companion for many a winter, keeping you warm and looking your best for years to come. As with all of our boots, the Reno has been styled in the UK and built to specifications by a small family business of third generation master boot builders in Italy.

Delivery & Returns
Size Exchange
It can often be hard picking out the right size for you while shopping online. However we have done our best to put the most accurate UK size to our boots, as they are all made on European lasts.
When you receive your boots, put on your usual boot sock and wear your boots around the house. If you think a different size would be best for you, we are always more than happy to swap them out for a better size. Simply get in touch with the Brandecosse team and we will arrange this for you. Once you have returned your boots, we will ship a replacement pair free of charge.
Boots must be returned in their original packaging and include a completed returns form. Download our returns form.
If you do not have a printer, please include a note inside the box detailing the below;

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Brandecosse Ltd, The Old Bank, 12 Main Street, St Johns Town of Dalry, Dumfries & Galloway, DG7 3UW.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Brandecosse Ltd offers free delivery to locations in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man on any order over £100. For all other delivery destinations, carriage will be added as per the location selected at the checkout. We will ship internationally however only offer free delivery for select locations.

Minimum order value of €150 for all EU member states.

Refund Policy
Refunds/Returns/Warranty Claims and Exchanges.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Brandecosse, you may return it to us by completing the Returns Slip enclosed in with your order within 14 days under The Consumer Contracts (information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regs 2013 (Distance Contracts). The 14 days starting the day after the day on which the last of the goods come into the physical possession of the consumer or the person that they ask you to deliver the goods. Returned good must be in an unworn and saleable condition for a refund or exchange. Thus meaning, we cannot refund any boots which have been worn outside. Cost of this return to Brandecosse Ltd will be borne by the customer but we will happily send the correct size replacements without additional carriage charges. Please be careful to return the goods in their original box or packaging and we reserve the right to refuse refunds where goods are not returned in a saleable condition. Thank you for your custom.
Warranty Claims
All our boots come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty, which is in place from the moment your boots are delivered. If for any reason you believe your boots have a manufacturer default, please get in touch with the Brandecosse team. We will then request that your boots are sent back for inspection, which will allow us to make a decision on your warranty claim.
We WILL NOT inspect any boot which are sent back in a dirty condition. Boots should be washed down before sending out. We reserve the right to return any pair of boot which are send back in a dirty condition.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Amazing boots. I suffer from Raynauds which badly effects my feet, a real problem when you spend a lot of time outside in the winter. These boots keep my feet warm and comfortable even in subzero temperatures. Great for walking the dogs as they are as tough as they are comfortable tackling deep mud, standing water, streams and snow with no problems. A quick wipe and they look as good as new. I couldn’t be more pleased with them and would highly recommend them.

I have had my Reno’s for just over a month now and I don’t normally leave reviews but I have to say they are the best thing I have ever purchased. The customer service is the best I have found by a long shot Jane you have the patience of a saint and got me sorted out with the correct size and now I live in them. The boots are beautifully made unfortunately I was advised that a 40 is a 6.5 and it’s not it’s a 7. Even with orthotics and the added insole I got the worst pressure sores (blisters) I’ve ever had. As the boots caused issues on the few occasions I’ve worn them I haven’t managed the walking I expected too. However, I’m not convinced the leather would mould as expected due to the finish/solution on the leather. At least with Dubarry you are shown a used pair. These were an expensive purchase im sure they are fashionable for dog walking in the town but mine were not suitable for shooting or country walking.

Hello Beulah, Sorry for the delay in getting back I have just seen this, bad of me. I expect by now your boots would of relaxed and fit you perfectly, do let me know. On the sizing the EU40 is indeed a UK 6 1/2 not a EU41/UK7 but if you want to pop them back so I can check that there isn’t something wrong with the size I certainly will check that for you. There is no finish/solution on the hide it is just the hide top skin which when relaxed will indeed mould to the shape of your foot. More than happy to show you my eight year old Reno’s bit tatty now but lots of life left in them yet. If I can help in any way Beulah I certainly will try but think it is all about breaking them in. There is no other brand that uses the 2.5mm hides that we use maybe with some customers it may take a little longer for you to feel the leather relaxing. Here if you need me. Jane

I was very lucky and had a pair bought for me as a present. I have had my Renos for a year now and absolutely adore them !!!! I have had Dubarry boots in the past and had wanted something different and these boots are only functional but look stunning. I wore them last year to the British Dressage Convention and was asked several times where I had got them from – I didn’t see another pair all weekend but other well know makes were two a penny !!!

These are very different from other boots I have had, many years of Dubarry but in these you can really see the difference in the quality of the leather, they are quite beautiful actually. I have only given four stars as they are not available to try on and see in shops, I live in Plymouth and Brandecosse is based in Scotland. They do however give you the option to return them if after walking around the house if the fit is not right but they should get them in shops. Florence
